Terms & Conditions
By booking our services or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services
- All services (installation, repair, AMC, etc.) are provided by certified and experienced technicians.
- Service charges depend on product type, work scope, and location.
- Site visits are chargeable if the service is not confirmed by the customer.
- Emergency or priority services may carry additional charges.
2. Payment
- Payments must be made after service completion, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- We accept cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, and EMI options (where applicable).
- Advance payments, if taken, are non-refundable once the service is initiated.
- Delayed payments may attract penalties or suspension of future services.
3. Warranty
- Warranty applies only to genuine spare parts and products purchased directly from us.
- Service warranty is as per the duration mentioned on the invoice.
- Warranty will be void if the product is tampered with or serviced by unauthorized personnel.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Services can be rescheduled with prior notice (minimum 24 hours).
- Same-day cancellations may attract a site-visit fee.
- Prepaid bookings may be adjusted against rescheduled services but are non-refundable.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Products can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition.
- Open-box, discounted, or second-hand products are non-returnable unless defective.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
6. Condition of Products
- We are not responsible for damages caused by unauthorized handling, poor electrical setup, or third-party interference.
- Liability is limited to the value of the service or product provided.
7. Warranty Handling
- Customers must provide accurate information about the product and site conditions.
- Access to premises, power supply, and safety clearance must be ensured before service.
8. Cancellation by Company
- Only genuine spare parts and accessories with warranty are supplied.
- Prices may vary based on brand, availability, and market fluctuations.
9. Customer Responsibility
- Services are currently limited to Assam.
- Requests outside serviceable areas may not be accepted or may carry extra charges.
10. Governing Law
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Guwahati, Assam.
