  • All services (installation, repair, AMC, etc.) are provided by certified and experienced technicians.<\/li>
  • Service charges depend on product type, work scope, and location.<\/li>
  • Site visits are chargeable if the service is not confirmed by the customer.<\/li>
  • Emergency or priority services may carry additional charges.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    2. Payment<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    • Payments must be made after service completion, unless agreed otherwise in writing.<\/li>
    • We accept cash, UPI, debit\/credit cards, and EMI options (where applicable).<\/li>
    • Advance payments, if taken, are non-refundable once the service is initiated.<\/li>
    • Delayed payments may attract penalties or suspension of future services.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      3. Warranty<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      • Warranty applies only to genuine spare parts and products purchased directly from us.<\/li>
      • Service warranty is as per the duration mentioned on the invoice.<\/li>
      • Warranty will be void if the product is tampered with or serviced by unauthorized personnel.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        4. Cancellations & Rescheduling<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        • Services can be rescheduled with prior notice (minimum 24 hours).<\/li>
        • Same-day cancellations may attract a site-visit fee.<\/li>
        • Prepaid bookings may be adjusted against rescheduled services but are non-refundable.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          • Products can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition.<\/li>
          • Open-box, discounted, or second-hand products are non-returnable unless defective.<\/li>
